Communications between you and purelio may be protected by attorney-client privilege where applicable under Dutch law. This privilege belongs to you as the client and helps ensure the confidentiality of our communications. However, this privilege may not apply to all communications and may be subject to certain exceptions under applicable law.
Our fees are based on the nature and complexity of the services provided. Fee arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon before commencing work. Payment terms are typically 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by Dutch law. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
All content on the purelio website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of purelio B.V. or its licensors and is protected by Dutch and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Client work product and documents prepared specifically for clients remain the property of the respective clients upon payment of all fees.
purelio maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information and communications in accordance with professional legal standards and Dutch law. We will not disclose confidential client information except as required by law, court order, or with explicit client consent. This confidentiality obligation continues even after the termination of our professional relationship.
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, purelio's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
purelio operates in accordance with the professional standards and ethical rules applicable to legal practitioners in the Netherlands. Our services are provided with reasonable care and skill consistent with professional standards. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from our legal advice or services.
We maintain procedures to identify and address potential conflicts of interest. If a conflict arises that prevents us from representing your interests, we will notify you promptly and, where appropriate, assist in finding alternative legal representation. You acknowledge that we may represent other clients with interests that do not directly conflict with yours.
Either party may terminate our professional relationship at any time with reasonable notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all fees and costs incurred up to the date of termination. We will return client files and property upon request and payment of outstanding fees. Our confidentiality obligations continue after termination.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
purelio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify clients of material changes by posting updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and purelio regarding the use of our website and services, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.
